1999 - became the year of founding the company "Uyutny Dom" - a new real estate agency. In 1999, our company joined the Association of Realtors St. Petersburgby becoming a full member. Since that time, she began to take part in the work of the Association in the Commission on Professional Standards and Legal Affairs.

After the introduction in 1997 of the licensing system for real estate activities in St. Petersburg, we were among the first to receive a License for the right to carry out real estate activities.

In 2000, a legal department was established in our company. The legal department of our company not only assists in the analysis of title and other documents required for the sale of real estate, but also helps to resolve related legal issues in the field of housing, family and inheritance law.

In 2000, the Uyutny Dom company was honored to become a member of the Union of Entrepreneurs. The impeccable reputation in the professional community and the active position of the management of the Uyutny Dom agency in public life was confirmed twice by the election of the General Director of our company, Nina Ivanovna Belokhvostikova, to the post of President of the Association of Realtors St. Petersburg and the Leningrad region in 2001 and 2003.

In 2001, we began cooperation with the "Housing Agency for Mortgage Lending". Our active life position that housing should be affordable has found its application in practice. More than 1000 clients in 2001 received the right to purchase an apartment on a mortgage. Today we are actively engaged in mortgage lending to our clients, and we take on all the responsibilities for preparing documents.

In 2015, at the General Meeting of the Association of Realtors of St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region, the Executive Director of the agency Belokhvostikova Nina Ivanovna was elected President of the Association of Realtors of St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region.

Today, the company pays great attention to the introduction of advanced information and business technologies. All departments of the company are united in a single information space, have modern technical equipment and software, and work according to approved corporate standards.
