One of the most expensive, most beautiful resorts, which has no analogues on the entire Black Sea coast, with golf courses, tennis courts, exclusive swimming pools, will appear in Kabulleti in the next three years. The project was named "Green City". Investments in the project amount to 500 million lari, or about 180 million dollars. The goal of the project is to attract a wealthy audience for which there are no suitable conditions for recreation either in Georgia or in other Black Sea resorts. The rapid development of tourism in Georgia increased the appetites of investors, who decided to raise the bar significantly and create a resort of this class. Georgian Prime Minister Mamuka Bakhtadze, in his speech in Kabulleti, said that Adjara is planned to be turned into a four-season resort and made one of the best tourist destinations in the world. The Green Resort company will build a luxury hotel with 250 rooms, on the territory of which, in addition to the announced facilities, it is planned to build a football stadium and other trendy entertainment areas. Experts support the prime minister's opinion, as the unique climate of Kabulleti and the necessary infrastructure will attract wealthy tourists, which, in turn, will make Georgia a place of elite recreation.
